Castleridge Subdivision, West Lafayette

Castleridge is a small community of duplex and quadplex style condos in West Lafayette. It is located in the West Lafayette School Corporation. West Lafayette maintains a strict rental ordinance of no more than 3 unrelated people living in a single family residence. In combination with the HOA in Camelback which allows only a small number of rentals in the community, this condo neighborhood is made up largely of owner occupied units.
